What makes a bouquet feel luxurious
Price alone does not do it. Plenty of expensive bouquets look busy and thin. The ones that feel generous tend to get a few things right.
Density. Fifty or a hundred roses packed into a tight, round dome, with no gaps and no stems showing between the heads. The eye reads it as one solid mass of colour.
Premium roses. Premium grade roses usually have bigger heads and sturdier stems, and they hold their shape better as they open. Several of the designs here use them.
Restraint. Black Tie, pictured, is one hundred premium red roses and nothing else, built into a wide, full dome. Black wrapping is folded in soft ruffled layers all the way round, which makes the red look even deeper. One flower in one colour, done at scale, is very hard to beat.
The wrap. Double wraps, ruffled edges and layered paper frame the flowers and make the bouquet feel finished before the card is even read.
One detail, not five. A strand of pearls, a gold butterfly, a ring of baby's breath. A single well-chosen finish looks considered. A pile of them looks like a party store.

Initials, banners and lights
A big bouquet is already a statement, so a few of ours go one step further and make it personal.
Meringue, pictured, is fifty red roses in a full, rounded dome with your chosen initial set on top in white baby's breath. Two layers of white paper fan out around the roses like a ruffled collar, tied off with long red satin ribbons. Lily Garland and Coral Crown carry a satin or sheer banner across the roses, and the wording on the banner is customised for your order.
Then there are the ones that glow. Marquee wraps fifty deep red roses in black paper with a string of small LED lights running along the ruffle, so the flowers sit inside a ring of warm light. Coronation has a black ruffled mesh threaded with tiny lights, plus a sparkling tiara on top.
Designs that can be personalised are tagged Personalise in the shop. Add the letter or the wording when you order, and double-check the spelling of any name. These bouquets suit anniversaries, proposals and Valentine's Day especially well.

White roses, pink roses and peonies
Red gets most of the attention, but some of our favourite pieces in this collection are softer.
Full Moon is one hundred and fifty white roses leaning ivory, with a warm cream centre. Cashmere Rose is one hundred white roses in cream tissue and a latte beige outer wrap, all warm neutrals, so it feels rich without being loud. White suits a proposal, a wedding anniversary or someone whose home is calm and pale.
Pink is the easy pick for a birthday or a mother. Wreathed in Pink is our largest pink piece, at one hundred and fifty roses with a flower rim and a banner.
For peony lovers, Sugared Peonies is fifty soft pink peonies, most of them fully open, with pink baby's breath scattered over the top. It is the one luxury bouquet here that is not built on roses. See all our peony bouquets, and if you are weighing up colours, our guide to rose colour meanings is a quick read.
How to care for a 100-rose bouquet
A practical warning first: a bouquet of 100 or 150 roses will not fit in an ordinary vase. Plan for it, or tell the person you are sending it to.
Enjoy it wrapped for a little while. Take the photos. Then get it into water, ideally within an hour or two.
- First night: a clean bucket or a large stockpot filled with cool water works well. Remove the wrap, keep the tie on and stand the whole bouquet in it.
- After that: most people untie it and split the roses across three or four vases around the house. Twenty-five roses per vase is a comfortable fill.
- Recut every stem about 2 cm on an angle before it goes in, and strip any leaves that would sit below the water.
- Check the water daily. A hundred roses drink a lot, and the level drops faster than you would think.
Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat vents. Changing the water and trimming the stems every two days keeps the heads open and upright for longer.
Luxury flower delivery in Toronto and York Region
Every luxury bouquet is made in our Oak Ridges studio and delivered from there to homes, condos and offices across Toronto and York Region, from Newmarket and Aurora down to the city.
Order by 1 pm for same-day delivery to most postal codes, or schedule a date ahead. You choose an anytime, morning or afternoon window. We cannot promise an exact minute, so if the flowers are part of a planned moment, such as a proposal at dinner, have them arrive in the morning and hide them somewhere cool until it is time.
For condos, put the unit number, buzzer code and a phone number in the delivery notes. A bouquet this size is easier to hand over in person than to leave anywhere. Read more about delivering into the city on our Toronto delivery page.
Choosing the size of a luxury bouquet
- 01
50 roses
A full, round dome that still fits in one wide, heavy vase. Plenty of impact for an anniversary or a big birthday.
- 02
100 roses
Fills your arms. It will need a bucket or several vases once it is unwrapped, so it suits someone who will enjoy the fuss.
- 03
150 roses
The kind of bouquet you hold with both arms. Made for proposals and the moments people retell at every family dinner.
- 04
50 peonies
Softer and more garden-like than roses, with big ruffled heads. A lovely alternative for someone who finds red roses too formal.
- 05
Roses with lilies
Scarlet Halo, Lily Garland and Peach Chiffon add lilies for scent and movement. Lilies are toxic to cats, so choose an all-rose design for a cat household.

Something else? Call (437) 291-5605 or send us a message.
How much does a luxury bouquet cost?
Each design shows its price in the shop, before delivery. The price depends mostly on the number of stems, from 50 roses up to 150, and on the finishing details such as banners, initials or lights.
Can you deliver luxury flowers in Toronto the same day?
Yes. Order by 1 pm and same-day delivery is available to most postal codes, Toronto included. The delivery fee is based on driving distance from our Richmond Hill studio and starts at $12. You will see the exact amount at checkout.
Can I add a name or initial to a luxury bouquet?
On some designs, yes. Meringue carries your chosen initial in baby's breath, and Lily Garland has a banner with your own wording. Look for the Personalise tag in the shop and add the details when you order.
Will a 100 rose bouquet fit in a vase?
Not in most household vases. A clean bucket works well for the first night. After that, untie it and split the roses across three or four vases, recutting each stem by about 2 cm before it goes into fresh water.
What if the exact roses aren't available on the day?
Flowers are seasonal. If a stem is not at its best, we swap it for one of equal or higher value in the same colours, keeping the look and size of the bouquet you chose.
Will the price be included with the delivery?
No. Prices are never included. The person receives the flowers and the card message you typed at checkout, which we tuck in with the bouquet.
