The design
About Coronation
A full, rounded red roses bouquet of fifty blooms, with small gem pins set among them so it catches the light every time it moves. A sparkling tiara with a heart at the front sits on top. The wrap is a black ruffled mesh threaded with tiny LED lights, and red ribbon ties it off.
Made for the person you would happily crown: a partner on Valentine's Day, a daughter on her birthday, or the one you married, on the anniversary of the day you did. The little lights give it a glow that suits an evening surprise, once the lamps are low and the phones come out for photos.
Coronation comes in one size, $210, as a wrapped bouquet. We make it by hand in our Oak Ridges studio from that day's roses, and if a rose is not at its best, it is swapped for one of equal or higher value in the same red. A gift message can be added at checkout and goes in with the flowers. Order by 1 pm and it can be at most postal codes across Richmond Hill, York Region and Toronto the same day.

How to care for Coronation
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
For this design
- Keep the LED lights and their wiring dry and away from the vase water, and switch them off when no one is around to enjoy them.
- Lift off the tiara and ease out the gem pins before you recut the stems, then put them back or keep the tiara as a keepsake.

Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace the flowers at no charge or refund you in full.
If a stem is not at its best on the day, it does not go in. We use one of equal or higher value in the same colours, so the look and size stay the same.
Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

How do the lights on Coronation work?
Tiny LED lights are threaded through the black ruffled mesh wrap. Keep the pack dry and away from the vase water, and turn the lights off between showings so they are ready for the next one.
Can the recipient keep the tiara?
Yes. The sparkling tiara with the heart at the front sits on top of the roses as decoration, so it can be lifted off and kept long after the flowers are gone. The small gem pins set among the roses can be saved too.
How many roses are in Coronation?
Fifty red roses in a full, rounded bouquet. If a rose is not at its best on the day, we swap it for one of equal or higher value in the same red, so the size and look match the photo.
Can Coronation be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
