The design
About Gala Night
One hundred red roses, edged with a thick ring of baby's breath, with more white sprigs scattered across the top like confetti. This 100 red roses bouquet sits in black wrap with fine gold edges, fanned out in layers into a sharp starburst, and a red satin bow ties the base.
Where a plain red bouquet is all business, those white sprigs make this one feel like a party. It is a showpiece for an anniversary, a birthday, Valentine's Day or a proposal, and for the person who likes a bit of sparkle with their romance.
Gala Night comes in one size, $410, as a wrapped bouquet, built by hand in our Oak Ridges studio from that day's flowers. Add a gift message at checkout and we will tuck it in with the roses. Choose an anytime, morning or afternoon window, or a future date, and order by 1 pm for same-day delivery to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto.

Care guide
How to care for Gala Night
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
Baby's breath
It dries beautifully. When the rest of the bouquet is done, hang a few stems upside down somewhere dark and dry for a keepsake.
For this design
- Baby's breath snaps easily, so unwrap the black and gold paper slowly and lift the bouquet by its stems rather than by the white rim.
A note for pet homes
The baby's breath here can upset cats and dogs if eaten. If they have a pet, say so in your order notes and we will design around it.
Freshness

Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

What is the difference between Gala Night and Black Tie?
Both are one hundred red roses at $410. Black Tie is roses only, in ruffled black wrap with a red ribbon. Gala Night adds a thick ring of baby's breath and sprigs across the top, in black wrap with fine gold edges and a red satin bow.
Can I include a note with Gala Night?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and we tuck it in with the flowers. The price is never included with the delivery, so the bouquet is ready to hand over the moment it arrives.
Is baby's breath safe for pets?
Baby's breath can cause stomach upset in cats and dogs if they chew it. If the recipient has a pet, mention it in the order notes and the studio will design around it.
Can Gala Night be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
