What a smaller budget buys
A bouquet under $100 is a smaller gift, and often a more practical one: something you can hold in one hand, that fits a kitchen table and does not need clearing a shelf for.
A few of the ways it comes together here:
- Tulip Lace is ten tulips gathered loosely with baby's breath, in colours that follow what is fresh.
- Rose Ladder lays a dozen roses out in a flat, front-facing wrap, so every head shows.
- Caramel Sun is ten sunflowers in a cloud of baby's breath, wrapped in cream with a caramel-brown collar.
- Sage and Stock is ten white stocks in white and sage paper, all cool greens and whites.
Garden Duet, pictured, mixes five soft pink peonies with ten white tulips whose frilled petals carry streaks of green. Pink and white is a gentle pairing that suits almost anyone, which makes it a safe bet when you do not know someone's taste well.
These come out of the same studio, from the same day's flowers, as our biggest bouquets. Seasonal flowers also stretch a budget further, and our note on why seasonal flowers last longer and cost less explains why.

No vase needed: boxes, a hatbox and a handbag
A lot of the designs in this price range skip the vase question entirely, which is handy for an office, a dorm room or anyone who rents and owns one mismatched mug.
Little Red Hatbox, pictured, sets premium red roses snugly into a round black hat box, tied with a red satin ribbon and a bow, and topped with either a gold butterfly or a fine strand of pearls. Ruby Square does something similar in a black square box, with red roses in tidy rows and a frothy border of white baby's breath. It sits flat on a table.
Petal Handbag is the playful one: a little quilted purse with a gold chain handle, filled to the top with seasonal mixed flowers.
And if you would like something in water, Mauve Pedestal and Parlour Posy both arrive as arrangements in a vase, ready to set down. You can see those alongside our other vase arrangements.

Delivery fees on a budget
When you are working to a budget, the delivery fee matters, so here is how it works.
Delivery is charged on top of the flowers and is based on driving distance from our studio in Oak Ridges. It starts at $12, and the exact fee shows at checkout once you enter the postal code. Richmond Hill, Aurora and King City sit close to the studio. Toronto and the farthest areas cost more to reach.
There's no minimum order, so even a small posy can go to Toronto. Just budget for the higher delivery fee on top.
Order by 1 pm for same-day delivery to most postal codes, or pick a future date and an anytime, morning or afternoon window. Full details are on our delivery page.
Affordable flowers for get well, graduation and Valentine's Day
A smaller bouquet is often exactly the right size for the occasion.
Get well. Sage and Stock is a gentle choice for someone who is unwell. Cool whites and greens feel calm, and a compact bunch does not crowd a bedside table. See more get well flowers.
Graduation. Cap and Pearls is ten to twelve soft pink roses with a printed Congratulations banner and a strand of pearls. Mortarboard Box puts red roses and filler flowers in a round black box with a little graduation cap on top, easy to hand over after the ceremony. Our congratulations flowers have more.
Valentine's Day. Claret Tulip sets twelve deep red roses among ten white tulips, with a small pearl pin in the heart of the roses. It says romance without going over the top, and it is a smart pick for a newer relationship. Valentine's Day falls on February 14 and is one of the busiest days of the year for any florist, so order a few days early if you can.
Getting the most from a smaller budget
Florists use these tricks on every order. They work best when the budget is tight.
- 01
Go with the season
Flowers in their natural season are more plentiful and usually look their best. Tulips in spring and sunflowers in late summer give you more stems for the money.
- 02
Pick one variety
Ten of one flower looks fuller and more deliberate than ten different stems. A single-variety bunch reads as a choice, not a compromise.
- 03
Keep to one colour
All white, all pink or all yellow makes a modest number of stems look generous. Mixed colours need more flowers to feel balanced.
- 04
Let the filler work
Baby's breath adds volume and softness, and it lasts a long time in water. Several bouquets here use it to fill out the shape.
- 05
Think about the vase
If the recipient may not have one, a box or a vase arrangement saves them a scramble. That is worth more than a few extra stems.
- 06
Put the effort into the card
Two specific sentences beat a big bouquet with a generic message. Mention a memory or a reason, not just the occasion.

Where can I get cheap flowers near me delivered?
If the recipient is in York Region or Toronto, every design on this page is under $100 and delivered from our Richmond Hill studio. We are delivery only, with no walk-ins or pickup. Order by 1 pm for same-day delivery to most postal codes.
Does the price include delivery?
No. The price is for the flowers. Delivery is added at checkout and is based on driving distance from our studio, starting at $12. You will see the exact fee once you enter the postal code.
Can I send flowers under $100 to Toronto?
Yes. There's no minimum order. The delivery fee is added on top, based on the driving distance from our Richmond Hill studio.
Are cheaper bouquets made with lower quality flowers?
No. They are smaller, not lesser. The same studio makes them from the same fresh stock. If a stem is not at its best on the day, we swap it for one of equal or higher value in the same colours.
Will the recipient know how much I spent?
No. Prices are never included with a delivery. The person receives the flowers and the card message you typed at checkout, tucked in with the bouquet.
