The design
About Petal Handbag
Yes, it is an actual purse. This flower handbag is a little quilted bag with a gold chain handle, filled to the top with seasonal mixed flowers. The photos show a few versions, in pink purses and white ones: pink chrysanthemums with baby's breath, tulips and roses in pink and lilac, pink lilies with carnations, and a gold butterfly here and there.
It is a mixed bouquet with a bit of fun to it. Send it on Mother's Day to the mum who never leaves the house without her handbag, or take the sting out of a get well soon visit. It also makes a good surprise for a bride-to-be, or anyone who will get a kick out of it.
One size, at $85. The mix changes with what is fresh, so yours will be its own, in pinks, whites and lilacs. It arrives in the purse, ready to set down, made by hand in our Oak Ridges studio. Some versions include lilies, which are toxic to cats; if the recipient has a cat or dog, mention it in the order notes and we will design around it.

How to care for Petal Handbag
It arrives ready to set down. A minute a day keeps it looking its best.
Find a cool spot
Out of direct sun, away from heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, which ages flowers faster.
Top it up daily
Arrangements drink more than you would think, especially in the first few days. Check it every day and add cool, clean water.
Lift out what fades
Pull out any stem that wilts so the rest stay looking fresh and the water stays clean.
A second life
When it starts to tire, rescue the best stems: recut them and give them a small vase of their own.

Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace the flowers at no charge or refund you in full.
If a stem is not at its best on the day, it does not go in. We use one of equal or higher value in the same colours, so the look and size stay the same.
Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
