The design
About Red Promise
No wrapping paper here. This red rose bouquet is a hand-tied, bridal-style posy: twenty-five deep red roses, baby's breath tucked between the heads and a few sprigs of baby eucalyptus for a soft grey-green edge. Strands of pearls are draped over the top, and the stems are bound in a pearl-wrapped handle finished with a red ribbon.
Carry it down the aisle, or give it for Valentine's Day, a birthday or an anniversary. The round shape is easy to hold and looks lovely against a white dress, so it suits a city hall wedding, an elopement or a vow renewal as much as a date night. For a proposal, it gives them something to hold in the photos.
One size, at $110. It arrives as a finished posy with its handle, ready to carry or to set in a vase, made by hand in our Oak Ridges studio from that day's roses. For a wedding, pick the date at checkout and a morning or afternoon window. Same-day delivery is available for most postal codes when you order by 1 pm.

Care guide
How to care for Red Promise
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
Baby's breath
It dries beautifully. When the rest of the bouquet is done, hang a few stems upside down somewhere dark and dry for a keepsake.
Eucalyptus
It keeps long after the flowers fade. Lift it out, recut it and give it a small vase of its own.
For this design
- Hold the posy by its pearl-wrapped handle so your hands stay clear of the roses. Set the draped pearl strands aside before it goes into a vase.
A note for pet homes
The baby's breath and eucalyptus here can upset cats and dogs if eaten. If they have a pet, say so in your order notes and we will design around it.
Freshness
Made the day it's delivered. Not a day before.

Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace the flowers at no charge or refund you in full.
If a stem is not at its best on the day, it does not go in. We use one of equal or higher value in the same colours, so the look and size stay the same.
Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

Can Red Promise be used as a bridal bouquet?
Yes. It is a hand-tied, bridal-style posy with no wrapping paper and a pearl-wrapped handle, so it is ready to carry. The round shape is easy to hold and sits well against a white dress. Pick your wedding date at checkout so it arrives in time.
Does Red Promise come wrapped?
No, and that is the point. It arrives as a round posy: twenty-five deep red roses with baby's breath and baby eucalyptus, pearls draped over the top, and the stems bound in a pearl-wrapped handle finished with a red ribbon.
How many roses are in Red Promise?
Twenty-five deep red roses, in one size priced at $110. If a rose is not at its best on the day, we swap it for one of equal or higher value in the same colour, so the posy keeps its look and size.
Can Red Promise be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
