The design
About Apricot Sherbet
A loose bouquet of pink and peach roses that looks gathered on a garden walk rather than built on a bench. Cream roses blushed pink at the edges sit at its heart, with buttery stock climbing up on tall spires and sprigs of green leaves fanning out to the sides. In the version shown, round pink ranunculus and ruffled peach carnations fill the gaps. White paper wraps it all, tied with a sheer pink ribbon.
It suits people who would rather have something sweet than something formal: a mom on Mother's Day, a friend recovering at home, new parents in their first tired week, or a partner on an anniversary or birthday. The colours are cheerful without shouting, and the stock adds a soft, spicy scent.
Apricot Sherbet comes in one size, $175, as a wrapped bouquet. The fillers change with what is fresh that day, so the small flowers may vary, but the pink, peach and cream palette stays. Add a gift message at checkout and it goes in with the flowers. Same-day delivery reaches most postal codes in York Region and Toronto on orders placed by 1 pm.

Care guide
How to care for Apricot Sherbet
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
Stock
Stock stems soften in water, so change it often and recut a little each time to keep the scent fresh.
Ranunculus
The hollow stems prefer shallow, cool water. Change it often.
Carnations
Recut just above one of the small joints on the stem, where they drink best.
For this design
- Slip off the white paper and sheer ribbon before the bouquet goes into water; its loose, garden shape looks best in a vase with a wide mouth.
A note for pet homes
The ranunculus and carnations here can upset cats and dogs if eaten. If they have a pet, say so in your order notes and we will design around it.

Which flowers are in Apricot Sherbet?
Cream roses blushed pink at the edges, buttery stock on tall spires and green leaves. The version shown also has pink ranunculus and peach carnations. Fillers change with what is fresh, so the small flowers may vary, but the pink, peach and cream colouring stays the same.
Is Apricot Sherbet a good get well bouquet?
Yes, it is one of the softer choices for someone resting at home. The colours are calm and the stock has a gentle, spicy scent. If the recipient has a cat or dog, mention it in the order notes and the studio will design around it.
Does this bouquet come in a vase?
No. Apricot Sherbet arrives as a bouquet wrapped in white paper and tied with a sheer pink ribbon. Unwrap it, trim the stems and stand it in cool water as soon as you can. A wide-mouthed vase suits its loose shape.
Can Apricot Sherbet be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
