The design
About Red Ink
It's a signature in flowers. This 25 roses bouquet sets twenty-five red roses in black textured wrap, with a white initial in the middle and a gold butterfly perched just above it. A red ribbon finishes the stems, and in the photo a small red heart adds one more note of colour. Against the dark wrap the roses look even deeper and richer.
Give it for Valentine's Day, a birthday or an anniversary, when you want the roses and also want them to know exactly who they were for. It suits the person whose name you have shortened to one letter in your phone, or the one who still signs notes with just an initial.
One size, at $120, delivered as a wrapped bouquet. The initial is part of the design, so please tell us which letter you would like when you order. We make it by hand in our Oak Ridges studio from that day's roses, with delivery across Richmond Hill, Toronto and York Region seven days a week and same-day delivery to most postal codes when you order by 1 pm.

Care guide
How to care for Red Ink
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
For this design
- Take care around the initial and the gold butterfly when you unwrap; both are decorative and can be kept once the roses are past their best.
Freshness
Made the day it's delivered. Not a day before.

Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace the flowers at no charge or refund you in full.
If a stem is not at its best on the day, it does not go in. We use one of equal or higher value in the same colours, so the look and size stay the same.
Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

What letter can I put on Red Ink?
Any single letter. The initial is part of this design, so tell us which letter you would like when you order. We set it in white in the middle of the bouquet, with a gold butterfly just above it.
Red Ink or Monogram Noir: which should I choose?
Both have twenty-five red roses, black wrap and a white initial, at $120. Red Ink adds a gold butterfly above the letter, for some extra shine. Monogram Noir lays the letter across the top in small white blooms and keeps everything else plain.
Can I schedule Red Ink for a specific day?
Yes. Pick a future date at checkout with an anytime, morning or afternoon window, which helps for anniversaries and Valentine's Day. For same-day delivery, order by 1 pm for most postal codes in Richmond Hill, Toronto and York Region.
Can Red Ink be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
