The design
About Peach and Plum
Pink lilies, some still in bud, lead this generous mixed flower bouquet in peach wrap. The one in the photos pairs them with pink hydrangea, white roses, deep plum chrysanthemums and bright pink carnations, plus a little baby's breath, and a sheer peach bow at the stems. The plum keeps it from going sugary; it gives the soft colours something to lean on.
It suits Mother's Day, birthdays, get well soon wishes and funerals: a full bouquet for when one kind of flower is not enough. Send it to the aunt who likes a bit of everything, or to a family at home after a loss, when something warm and varied can feel like a hand on the shoulder.
One size, at $125, delivered as a wrapped bouquet. Each one is custom designed, so yours will share the feel but may not match flower for flower. Lilies are toxic to cats, so if there is a cat in the home, add a note to your order and we will design around it. We deliver seven days a week, and orders in by 1 pm can usually arrive the same day at most postal codes.
- Pink lilies, some in bud
- Hydrangea, roses and plum mums
- Peach paper wrap
- Custom designed each time
Chrysanthemums carry different meanings in different places, from cheer to remembrance, which suits a bouquet sent for birthdays and sympathy alike. Pink flowers are often linked with gratitude and care, and white roses with respect.

Care guide
How to care for Peach and Plum
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Lilies
Pull off the orange pollen tips as each flower opens, with a tissue, to save petals and tablecloths from stains. Snip faded blooms so the buds keep coming.
Hydrangeas
Hydrangeas drink through their petals as well as their stems. If a head wilts, recut it and sink the whole head in cool water for 30 to 60 minutes.
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
Chrysanthemums
Take off every leaf below the waterline and change the water every couple of days; they will happily outlast the rest.
Carnations
Recut just above one of the small joints on the stem, where they drink best.
Baby's breath
It dries beautifully. When the rest of the bouquet is done, hang a few stems upside down somewhere dark and dry for a keepsake.
For this design
- The lily buds will open over the coming days; as they do, keep the bouquet out of reach of cats, vase water included. The sheer bow and peach wrap are for the hand-over, so take them off before the flowers go into a vase.
A note for pet homes
Lilies are highly toxic to cats, including the pollen and the vase water, so keep this one well away from them. The hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, carnations and baby's breath can also upset cats and dogs if eaten. If they have a pet, say so in your order notes and we will design around it.

Will Peach and Plum look exactly like the photo?
It will share the feel, not every flower. Each one is custom designed from what is freshest, so the mix can shift. The one pictured has pink lilies, pink hydrangea, white roses, plum chrysanthemums, pink carnations and baby's breath in peach wrap.
Can Peach and Plum be sent as a sympathy bouquet?
Yes. It suits funerals and sympathy as well as birthdays, get well wishes and Mother's Day. Add a message at checkout and we tuck it in with the flowers. If the family has a cat, mention it in the order notes, as lilies are toxic to cats.
Are the lilies in this bouquet a problem for pets?
For cats, yes. Lilies are toxic to cats, including the pollen and the vase water. Tell us about a cat in the order notes and we will design around it. If the recipient has a dog, mention that too and the studio will plan the flowers with it in mind.
Can Peach and Plum be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
