The design
About Monogram Noir
Black, red and one white letter. This red roses bouquet sets twenty-five roses into a neat dome and lays a single initial across the top in small white blooms. The wrap is a textured black paper folded into points around the edge, and a red ribbon trails from the stems. The contrast is what makes it: the letter jumps out, and the roses look redder against the dark paper.
Monogram Noir is made for one person in particular. It suits the partner whose initial you already doodle in the margins, or a birthday when you want them to know it was chosen for them and nobody else. Give it on Valentine's Day, a birthday or an anniversary; it feels personal before the card is even opened.
One size, twenty-five roses, at $120. Tell us the initial when you order; it is one letter, and we build it into the design. It's put together by hand in our Oak Ridges studio and delivered as a wrapped bouquet across Richmond Hill, Toronto and York Region, seven days a week.
- 25 red roses
- Initial in small white blooms
- Textured black paper wrap
- Red ribbon at the stems
Red roses are traditionally the flower of romantic love, and twenty-five is often given as a generous, sure-of-it number. Small white flowers usually read as sincerity, which suits a letter that names one person.

Care guide
How to care for Monogram Noir
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
For this design
- The white letter is made of small, delicate blooms, so take the bouquet out of its black wrap slowly and keep the top clear while you trim the stems.
Freshness
Made the day it's delivered. Not a day before.

Arrived damaged, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace the flowers at no charge or refund you in full.
If a stem is not at its best on the day, it does not go in. We use one of equal or higher value in the same colours, so the look and size stay the same.
Change or cancel free of charge until we start making it. Once the flowers are prepared or delivered, they are perishable and cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check the address and the recipient's phone number. We cannot refund an order sent to a wrong address or one nobody was there to receive.

Can I pick the letter on Monogram Noir?
Yes. Enter one letter when you order and we lay it across the top of the roses in small white blooms. It is a single initial, so choose the first letter of their name, or of a nickname only the two of you use.
How many roses come in Monogram Noir?
Twenty-five red roses, set in a neat dome inside textured black paper folded into points, with a red ribbon at the stems. There is one size, priced at $120, and the white initial is part of the design.
What is the difference between Monogram Noir and Red Ink?
Both have twenty-five red roses, black wrap and a white initial, at $120. Red Ink adds a gold butterfly above the letter for a bit of shine. Monogram Noir keeps it simpler, with the letter laid across the top in small white blooms and nothing else competing.
Can Monogram Noir be delivered in Toronto?
Yes. There's no minimum order, and we deliver across Toronto and York Region. Delivery is priced by driving distance from the studio, from $12, and same-day delivery is available for most postal codes when you order by 1 pm.
Can Monogram Noir be delivered today?
Yes, to most postal codes in York Region and Toronto when you order by 1 pm. Pick today on this page or at checkout; we confirm it against the postal code before you pay.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes, and it is free. Write it on this page or at checkout and we tuck the card in with the flowers. Prices are never included with a delivery.
What if it arrives damaged or the order is wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
Can I return or exchange it?
Fresh flowers are perishable, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges except when the order arrived damaged or was the wrong order. We also cannot refund an order sent to an incorrect address, one the recipient was not available to receive, or one you change your mind about after it has been prepared.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until we start preparing it. Call (437) 291-5605 or email support@larisflorist.com as early as you can, especially for same-day orders. Once the flowers have been prepared or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
