The design
About Lilies on Cream
Twenty-five roses in cream and soft dusty pink make a round, even base, and big open lilies sit on top: freckled pink ones and pure white ones, set opposite each other. It is a roses and lilies bouquet with the drama at the top. The wrap is layered coral and blush paper, folded high around the back so the lilies have a frame, and one photo shows a little gold heart tucked on a pink ribbon among the roses.
For someone who loves roses but wants a bit more theatre. The cream and dusty pink roses keep it soft, while the lilies give it height and a bit of a show. A romantic pick for Valentine's Day, an anniversary, a birthday or a proposal.
One size, $125. Our Oak Ridges studio makes it by hand, and it arrives as a wrapped bouquet. Lilies are toxic to cats, so if the person you are sending to has one, tell us in the order notes and we will design around it. Most postal codes can have it the same day if you order by 1 pm.

Care guide
How to care for Lilies on Cream
Five small habits that add days to any bouquet, then the tips that matter for these flowers.
Into water, fast
Unwrap it and get the stems into water as soon as it arrives. The wrap looks lovely, but stems cannot drink through paper.
A fresh cut
Trim about 2 cm off each stem at an angle with sharp scissors or a knife. A clean, slanted cut gives them more room to drink.
Clean vase, cool water
Fill a clean vase with cool water and stir in the flower food if there is a sachet. Strip any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Every two days
Change the water and give the stems a small trim. Cloudy water is the quickest way to shorten a bouquet's life.
Choose the spot
Keep it away from direct sun, heaters, drafts and the fruit bowl. Ripening fruit gives off ethylene, a gas that ages flowers faster.
Flower by flower
Roses
Keep every leaf above the waterline. If a head starts to droop, recut the stem and stand it in a few centimetres of warm water for an hour.
Lilies
Pull off the orange pollen tips as each flower opens, with a tissue, to save petals and tablecloths from stains. Snip faded blooms so the buds keep coming.
For this design
- The wrap is folded high at the back to frame the lilies, so unwrap from the front to keep the open petals from catching on the paper.
A note for pet homes
Lilies are highly toxic to cats, including the pollen and the vase water, so keep this one well away from them. If they have a pet, say so in your order notes and we will design around it.

Is Lilies on Cream safe for a home with cats?
Not as it is. Lilies are toxic to cats, and even a little pollen or a sip of the vase water can make a cat very sick. If the recipient has a cat, please mention it in the order notes and we will design around it.
What colour are the lilies on top?
Two kinds sit opposite each other: freckled pink lilies and pure white ones. Underneath are 25 roses in cream and soft dusty pink, wrapped in layered coral and blush paper folded high at the back.
How many roses are in Lilies on Cream?
Twenty-five roses in cream and dusty pink form the base, with open pink and white lilies on top. It comes in one size at $125, delivered as a wrapped bouquet across Richmond Hill, York Region and Toronto.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After a quick review we send a replacement of equal value at no charge, or refund you in full to your original payment method.
